Form fill & seal sheeting (FFS)
The form fill and seal packaging process is a type of automated process designed to form rollstock from rigid flat sheet into thermoformed containers which are subsequently filled and sealed all in one operation.
Suitable industries: Agricultural – fertilizers; animal feed etc.
Industrial food – flour; salt; sugar.
Lawn & garden – Bird seed, fertilizers, grass seed, herbicides, peat moss, pesticides, sand, wood pellets and more.
Pet food.
Pool Salt & Chemicals – Alkalinity increaser, chlorine stabilizers, pool and spa salt, start-up minerals, sodium bicarbonate, zeolite sand and more

Form Fill Seal
Our Form Fill Seals are designed and manufactured for different production requirements. These machines are fully customisable in terms of format, dosing systems and cutting configuration, allowing both individual and multipack packaging.
The main movements are servo driven, allowing high precision, reliability, efficiency and high production performance.
Sheeting
We manufacture an extremely diverse range of polyethylene sheeting for every industry. Our sheeting ranges in size and comes in many colours. Sheeting is available in single wound or center fold and can be continuous sheeting on a roll or perforated, if required. We custom manufacture everything according to the sizes you request.
